Yes it is, I have had many clients do it over the years....however I will be honest with you you’ll have to follow the system to the letter and give everything you have…
For 20 days only.
You’ll be pushing the envelope on what is physiologically possible within this time frame…
2 things I do want to be clear about as I always believe in being 100% honest and transparent:
1. You are not going to lose 10 pounds of just fat. There will be water, bloat, and waste that will account for that weight loss as well. However it makes no difference as it looks and feels the same.
2. If you only have 10 pounds to lose you’ll not lose all 10 pounds in this time frame. However if you have 30+ pounds to lose there is a very good chance you’ll reach that goal or maybe even squeeze out another pound or 2 on top of that!
What I can guarantee you though is that if you stick to the program by the book you’ll be more than impressed not only by the rapid changes in such a short period of time...but also how you feel physically and mentally!
That’s it…and that’s a lot for 20 days.
No, most of you will not reach your goal in this time…but it will provide you the experience, motivation, and bridge mentally for what direction you want to go next…whatever that may be.
